Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days nationwide. Express delivery (24-48 hours) is available in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad for an additional Rs. 500.
Yes, orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Orders below that carry a flat Rs. 250 delivery charge.
Yes. Once your order ships, use the Track Order page with your order number and phone/email to see live status updates from Order Placed through Delivered.
Yes, COD is available on all orders nationwide, alongside Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, for a full refund or exchange.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@memu.pk with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup or share drop-off instructions.
Yes, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed as a return plus a fresh order to keep things quick.
Returns due to a defect or wrong item are free. Change-of-mind returns carry a nominal Rs. 200 courier charge, deducted from the refund.
Products & Care
Most pieces are rated to 5 ATM, suitable for splashes and hand-washing, but not swimming or diving. Check the Specifications tab on each product page for the exact rating.
Our bags use full-grain and saffiano leathers, with select styles in suede-leather combinations. Material details are listed under each product's Specifications tab.
